Job Description
Mortgage Loan Assistant - Loan Partner I
Starting pay rate ranges between $15 to $19/hr DOE and includes the potential to earn monthly bonuses based on production.
An exciting opportunity for an outgoing, organized, detail-oriented professional who is interested in building a career in the world of mortgage and real estate. The Loan Partner I is a pivotal role that provides administrative and technical support within the mortgage loan file to the busy producing branch managers to assist in making the borrower’s dream of homeownership a reality.
What our Mortgage Loan Assistant is responsible for:

Monitor and manage communication on behalf of your Loan Officer as needed.

Assist the Loan Officer with putting together the Loan Application.

Complete loan set up within the expected timeframe.

Complete and verify the checklist and CCI for disclosures, documents, needs list, anticipated or confirmed program/investor, etc.

Order appraisals, preliminaries, verifications and other validations as required for the loan file.

Represent and be the "face" of the Team in a professional, outgoing and upbeat manner.

Qualifications

2 years of mortgage or real estate experience.

MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word

Excellent organization, attention to detail and time management skills.

Professional verbal and written communication skills.

World class customer service skills and a positive attitude.
