Responsibilities
In this role as an Insurance Sales Representative - Sales Superstars, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require a combination of core, premium, and relevant skills. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing your strong communication skills to effectively sell insurance products to potential clients.
- Leveraging your negotiation skills to secure the best deals for customers.
- Conducting outside sales activities to reach a wider customer base.
- Providing excellent customer service to address inquiries and concerns.
- Utilizing your multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Analyzing sales data and trends to optimize sales strategies.
- Managing sales administration tasks efficiently.
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations in all customer interactions.
- Using your marketing knowledge to promote insurance products effectively.
- Applying your benefits administration expertise to assist customers in choosing the right coverage.
- Engaging in telemarketing activities to reach out to potential clients.
Additionally, holding a Property & Casualty and Life and Health License will be essential to perform the duties of this role effectively.

Pay: $32,391.63 - $125,000.00 per year
