What's the Position?
The Clinical Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the administration, coordination, and liaison of the provider recruiting processes, projects, and metrics.
Interacts with internal and external customers, including client stakeholders.
What Are the Job Duties?
- Works closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and VP, Shared Services to define position requirements, track
requisitions, and manage open headcount.
- Manages job postings for open positions, and sources new and specialized recruiting sources.
- As directed, acts as a liaison for candidates, customers, and/or clients.
- Supports and manages candidate workflow using appropriate systems.
- Supports and manages internal recruiting documents, templates, and other resources via SharePoint.
- Analyzes recruiting information, creates reports, and tracks defined metrics and KPI’s.
- Manages hospital and compensation data aggregation and tracking to drive recruiting, sales, and consulting
projects.
- Researches and defines state specific and appropriate compensation models; makes recommendations to
management to ensure proposals and projects are accurately developed and offers to candidates are aligned with
company budget and compensation policy.
- As directed, supports and manages the interview feedback process, completion and gathering of supporting
documentation for offer packages, and completion of new hire process for provider recruiting.
- Assists with residency program and career fair recruiting preparation; attends functions as directed.
- Manages locum vendors
- Coordinates licensure and Visa processes between candidates, outside vendor/counsel, and Human Resources.
- May coordinate provider candidate travel and expense reimbursement
- Participates in staff meetings and trainings, and recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect
continual improvement in efficiency of the department and services performed.
- Maintains a strict level of confidentiality for all company, departmental, and healthcare provider information.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and 2 – 4 years’ experience in Healthcare required.
- You have strong communication, multi-tasking, and analytical skills.
- You have experience recruiting clinical providers- experience recruiting at a national level is preferred.
- You have experience using Salesforce.
