About the Role:
Training Content Development Specialist
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for working with the training team to develop create and continuously improve all training materials for the pharmacy. This includes learning roles and responsibilities of employees in all departments in order to create training materials.
Responsibilities in this role are to design creative engaging thorough and interactive training materials for new-hire and on-going pharmacy training. Job duties also include conducting research planning and publishing content and ensuring on-time delivery of all content. You must be sure to maintain company brand standards in all content and monitor for effectiveness. The Training Content Development Specialist will also maintain the content library.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive training program materials

Coordinating with training and operations for the continuing education for new and tenured pharmacy employees

Learn pharmacy technology programs processes and procedures

Monitor effectiveness of content and update/improve continually
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office is required

Strong knowledge of Google Suite programs is required

Articulate 360 experience is a plus

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Demonstrates excelling with content design (candidate may be asked to provide work samples of training/educational content they have created)

Experience working with adult learners

High aptitude for using technology

Works well under pressure

Ability to adapt to change quickly

Proficiency in reading writing and speaking in English is required
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

The Compensation for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed.
Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
