We are seeking an entrepreneurial spirited individual that is interested in learning, business, sales, marketing and growth! Preferably someone who has little outside commitments and is ok with putting in long hours as we will be adopting a startup like culture are we grow. This opportunity comes with great upside as you will be able to grow with the company.
This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, can handle various tasks efficiently, and wants to grow with the company. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including representing our shop at events.
You will be working with young hungry owners that want to build a large business and have fun doing it.

Key Responsibilities:
Expansion and Business Growth:
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage new product offerings to drive business growth.
- Work closely with the owner to strategize and implement growth plans.
Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Shop and Event Management:
- Oversee day-to-day shop operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Assist with inventory, supplies, and procurement.
- Help plan and coordinate participation in events, including setup and breakdown.
Customer Relations:
- Manage customer relationships and address inquiries or issues.
- Assist in organizing and hosting events both in-store and offsite.
- Represent the shop at community events and meetings with external partners.
Human Resources Support:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and help with HR-related tasks.
- Coordinate staff schedules and support company policies.
Financial Assistance:
- Handle invoicing, accounts payable, and receivable.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Support marketing initiatives, including social media and content creation.
- Manage and create engaging social content to promote the shop.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and campaigns.
- Help develop and execute strategies to attract and retain customers.
Collaboration Management:
- Manage collaborations with other businesses and partners.
- Coordinate joint events and promotions to enhance brand visibility.
Problem Solving:
- Work closely with the owner to identify and solve operational challenges.
- Provide innovative solutions to improve business processes and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Some experience in a similar role or a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to attend events and represent the shop outside of normal working hours.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for growth and learning.
