We are currently seeking a motivated individual to be our next E-commerce Assistant to join our team in our City of Industry, CA 91748 location.
About the Role:
The E-commerce Assistant will support the Marketplace Manager in executing and optimizing D2C sales strategies, managing projects, and ensuring effective communication with partners and stakeholders. This role involves assisting with D2C digital campaigns, SEO, project management, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail to enhance our online presence and drive sales. Additionally, the role requires routine evening meetings with team in China to coordinate international efforts.
What you’ll do:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
D2C Sales and Promotion:
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing D2C sales campaigns across various digital channels
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help optimize product listings and website content for SEO to improve visibility and drive traffic.
- Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns.
Project Management and Follow-Up:
- Support the management of e-commerce projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
- Follow up on project milestones and deliverables, coordinating with relevant team members to ensure tasks are completed.
- Maintain project documentation and update stakeholders on progress.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for sales campaigns and website performance.
- Generate regular performance reports for review by the D2C Marketplace Manager.
- Identify trends and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Effective Communication:
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and project status to stakeholders.
- Conduct routine evening meetings with the overseas team to coordinate and address any issues as needed.
Attention to Detail:
- Ensure all product listings, materials, and communications are accurate and free from errors.
- Perform regular audits of the website and assets to maintain consistency and quality.
- Pay close attention to detail in all aspects of work to ensure high standards are maintained.
Our Perfect Candidate
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, or a related field.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or similar.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Bilingual in Chinese preferred.
