Job Title: Estimator (Base Pay plus Commission-Compensation)

Role Overview:
The Estimator's primary responsibility is to collaborate with both prospective and existing clients to furnish them with precise and profitable project quotations. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the productivity of our Handyman Technicians by ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
· Engaging with clients via phone to accurately gauge project costs.
· Drafting detailed estimates and ensuring timely dispatch to clients, while managing follow-ups to secure job acceptance and scheduling.
· Working in concert with clients, technicians, and subcontractors to guarantee that project stipulations are met, and that work adheres to the projected scope, budget, and timeline.
· Overseeing client correspondence to confirm that all leads receive due attention and maintain exemplary client relations.
Requirements:
· A robust understanding of construction timelines for typical tasks.
· A natural affinity for engaging with people and cultivating relationships.
· Stellar communication abilities, both verbal and written.
· Outstanding customer service proficiency.
· Competency in utilizing basic computer software.
· A strong background in sales, marketing, and business development.
· A fervent zeal for growth with an unyielding drive to surpass targets.
Compensation:
· This is a base pay plus commission role with a high earnings potential, rewarding you for your diligence and success in securing job contracts.
· Estimated earning potential: $55,000 - $95,000 per annum, dependent on job closures.
