Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day development, production, and management of technical documentation of projects―from design phase through construction.

Lead production team members in developing technical design and construction documents for modernization or historic preservation of civic, cultural, government, or other buildings in accordance with applicable standards using AutoDesk Revit BIM software.

Develop, coordinate, and review specifications in conjunction with the senior project architect/designer and provide technical assistance to team members.

Prepare and coordinate bid documents as contractually required.

Initiate and develop technical-level architectural concepts, including the use of 3D architectural computer rendering and visualization software.

Coordinate consultants’ work and drawings into production sets.

Implement quality-management inputs and coordinate the validation and incorporation of comments from all disciplines.

Collaborate with the project director to develop and review project-work plans and prepare weekly work plans for project-team members.

Promote technologies and methodologies to create innovative approaches that improve the technical quality of work product and incorporate sustainable design principles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

8 years of experience with producing technical design and construction drawings, 2 years of which involve modernization or historic preservation of civic, cultural, or government buildings.

Experience with or degree certificate or emphasis in sustainable design principles.

Demonstrated experience with producing design documentation using AutoDesk Revit BIM software.

Demonstrated experience with 3D architectural computer rendering and visualization software.
Base Compensation: $86,440 - $125,000 per year
