Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and growth oriented Account Manager to join our team at our headquarters in Fort Lauderdale. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, prospecting new business opportunities, and providing outstanding customer service.
Smallwood’s Yachtwear is the industry leader in providing uniforms to Mega Yachts worldwide. A commitment to customer service and quality products has made us the number one choice for Yachts all over the world for the past 40 years.
The ideal candidate would have a background in fashion/retail with a successful track record of managing a large number of accounts ensuring all customer needs are met. While there is a definite and necessary sales aspect to this job, at Smallwood’s we tend to gain customers and then keep them for life. Maintaining these relationships and being able to respond to all requests in a timely and professional manner is essential for this position.
Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as a majority of our work is done via email and over the phone.
Candidate must be comfortable participating in trade shoes and networking events.

- Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
