Endeavor is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator who will work with our Marketing department to support Corporate, Capital Markets, Investor Relations, Leasing teams, and others to design, implement, and coordinate digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and/or brand recognition.

Responsibilities

Design, coordinate, and implement digital marketing initiatives

Act as a point-of-resource to internal departments relating to HubSpot software

Maximize the features and benefits of HubSpot, including integrations with other data systems, development of custom reports, implementation of automated workflows, landing pages, email, and drip campaigns, etc.

Measure, analyze, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Review & document current marketing processes; propose and implement updates to align these processes with the HubSpot data

Implement new data sets while maintaining the integrity of the information stored in HubSpot

Ensure the CRM’s accuracy and reliability with regular checks/monitoring and updates

As the subject matter expert, you will work with and train other members of the marketing team to elevate the team's overall competence in HubSpot

Basic design knowledge and Adobe Suite experience with the ability to edit and create marketing materials

Experience updating websites (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.)

Monitor and improve SEO

Monitor, maintain, and create social media accounts

Knowledge of and willingness to stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends

Ability to reimagine current materials and coordinate repurposing for other digital purposes

Ability to create and source content

Knowledge of or experience in commercial real estate a big plus
Requirements

AS/BS degree or Certification in marketing or a related field

Proven working experience in digital marketing

Experience managing SEO, HubSpot, email, and social media

Experience in creating landing pages and user funnels

Knowledge of A/B and multivariate experiments

Knowledge of website analytics tools

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints a plus

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
