Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties:
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
- Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
