The Digital Services Specialist is responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of all electronic banking related products and providing second tier support to internal teams to aid in servicing retail and business customers with all electronic banking services. In accordance with our organization’s vision, values, team guidelines, this position provides a superior customer experience in providing system and technical support for internal and external stakeholders. Through this support, this position will help identify the issue, the underlying cause of the issue and then follow up with customer or stakeholder to provide a solution. This position will partner with other operational teams and digital services team members to find the most holistic solutions to current and/or potential electronic banking technical issues.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide internal teams with second level technical support for retail and business customers.
- Provides support to internal team members regarding questions on online banking, mobile online banking, remote deposit capture, mobile capture, bill pay, ACH, Wire, Positive Pay and Weiland account analysis.
- Provide 2nd line internal support for retail customers that use online banking, bill pay, external transfer, Notifi, mobile deposit.
- Provide 2nd line internal support to our business customers with treasury management services such as business online banking, wire transfers, ACH origination, bill pay, positive pay, remote deposit capture, mobile deposit.
- Initial setup and maintenance of electronic banking products and services including processing changes to retail and business customer’s online banking information and access.
- Utilize fraud analytics software to review retail and business online usage, logins, online activity, and ACH file submission. With limited contact with customer to verify activity.
- Review and verification of business online ACH files and wire transfers.
- Review and approval of merchant remote deposit and retail/business mobile deposits.
- Review External Transfers and users to reduce risk of fraudulent activity. Review and process requests for limit increases.
Associate’s Degree or Two Year College Equivalent required in related field. Three years previous banking/financial technical experience required. Requires strong background working with a variety of technical programs and PC operating systems.
