A Financial company in Salt Lake City, UT is hiring multiple Customer Service Reps (Soft Collections) to join the team for a great long term opportunity!
Job Description:

Handling both inbound and outbound calls from customers setting up payment plans or making payments

Soft collections and not heavy outbound in this role
-
Reminders to customers who have bills due, warm calls and providing updates or ask how they can help
Qualifications:

1-2+ years of call center customer service preferred NOT required, open to in person customer service

Collections experience NOT required
-
Need to have good tenure
-
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
