We are seeking a creative superstar and dynamic Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our social media presence on Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
Shift and Schedule:
25-30 hours/week (September-May)
Tuesday - Sunday. One day off - Monday
15-20 hours/week (June-August)
Wednesday - Sunday. Two days off - Monday, Tuesday
Vacation: Only during June-August
Work Location:
In person at the studio or/and on location and remote.
OUR GOALS:
- Storytelling through stories. Our Goal is to create a “NETFLIX show” like content so people wait for our content;
- Create THEMES for each day of the week so it’s engaging and super interesting to watch and follow along;
- Content creation, understanding of Le Beige Beauty vibe and producing content accordingly;
4. 6+ stories daily;
5. Reproducing content to Tik-Tok, Pinterest;
7. Knowledge and work with Pinterest, posting our content to Pinterest.
Essential Job Results include but are not limited:
1. Content Strategy and Planning:
Stories: storytelling through stories (6+ minimum stories daily).
Our Goal is to create a “NETFLIX show like” content so people wait for it. Communicate with followers on Instagram by responding to comments under last post/reel within first hour after posting to boost engagement and excellent customer experience.
2. Social Media Content Curation:
Lead content production (create photo and video content and edit for stories and for Evita Social Marketing Team). Stay current and educated on platform updates and new social media opportunities to reach our audience.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
3.1.Research, identify and implement:
- social media trends,
- tools,
- and platforms to maximize brand exposure and engagement. Understand how competitors use social media marketing, get inspired and implement ideas that work for competitors. Brainstorm and develop innovative social content and campaign ideas that achieve marketing goals.
3.2. Analyze posts and campaigns effectiveness through analysis and make recommendations on how to make existing content better for next month campaigns.
3.3. Monitor Instagram and Tik Tok performance using analytical tools and trends to optimize social media strategies and campaigns and present to the Owner.
3.4. Prepare weekly reports on:
- key social media metrics,
- audience insights,
- and campaign effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have the following technical qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience with social media as a content creator, strategist, and/or social media coordinator/manager;
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, tools, best practices, and analytics and reporting;
- Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns is a plus;
- Must be able to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and industry changes;
- Must possess a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop engaging content;
- Must possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
- Experience in creating social media strategies;
- Ability to demonstrate past brand building and audience growth experience among social media platforms;
- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest etc;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field is a big plus;
- Proven work experience and success in digital & social marketing;
- Understanding of SEO/SEM, and social media advertising campaigns is a BIG plus.

- Passion for working in the wedding beauty industry;
- Experience writing/conversing about makeup and hair;

- Well-organized and able to work well with people, both taking and giving direction, to accomplish projects;

- Working days during busy season (September-May): Tuesdays-Sundays at the studio and/or on location and remote at home. Mondays off;
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously;
- Ability to anticipate roadblocks and come up with alternative solutions quickly;
- Strong aesthetic sense and an eye for creative, including visual assets, key messaging and execution;
- Passion for social media with strong knowledge of social media platforms;
- Strong organizational and analytics skills;
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to work fast, independently, meet rapid deadlines and adjust to changing workload.
- Working days during slow season (June-August): floating schedule at the studio and/or on location and remote at home with two days off: Monday and Tuesday. Those days will be days we don’t have anything at the studio;
- Must be a team player who likes to collaborate with others as well as work independently;
