Position Summary:
Participates in all aspects of purchasing raw, finished goods & marketing materials from approved vendors. Duties include procurement, logistics, inventory management, and project management. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

Forecasts, plans, procures, and manages inventory for the Wiley X brand.

Negotiates and verifies pricing, receives products, and ensures correct accounting.

Determines the cost-effective method of incoming shipments.

Maintains excellent communication with Sales, Quality Assurance, Accounting, Product Development, and Warehouse.

Maintain Product Specifications & BOM ensuring factories produce the correct products.

Manages Return to Vendor process for non-conforming material.

Works with Product Development for New Product launches.

Manages product end-of-life process for the Wiley X brand.

Collaborates with the warehouse for assemblies, disassembles, backorders, and special projects.

Lead for consignment inventory, including forecasting and transfers.

Manages PIM and assists with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central development and maintenance.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Strong analytical aptitude and commitment to accuracy and quality.

Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP experience preferred.

Proficient in Excel and Word.
Minimum Qualifications:

5 - 10 years material management preferred

ERP experience required.
