Description:
Reports to the Operation & Facilities Manager. Assists both Facilities and Construction Department with various Clerical duties. Handles a wide range of administrative support related tasks daily. Will need to work independently with little or no supervision.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- General Administrative / Clerical support.
- Maintains all Purchase Orders in the QB system for Construction and Janitorial services.
- Inputs timesheets for Construction department in the Paychex system.
- Conducts basic clerical filing.
- Maintains the administrative assistant area as required.
- Keeps track of construction fleet management, i.e., vehicle logbooks, gas cards, vehicle reports, vehicle, yard, and construction keys.
- Assists Construction Administrator with Manpower scheduling, daily activities, and activity reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience in office environment.
- Customer service skills and computer application knowledge required.
- Interpersonal communication and organizational skills highly desired.
- Must be flexible and dependable.
- Professional/business attire environment.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications (MS Office Suites).
- Bilingual (Preferred).
