JOB SUMMARY:
As a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service in both English and Spanish. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our insurance products and services. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and optimistic attitude will contribute to a positive customer experience and support our company's reputation for reliability and excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and relevant information about insurance products, policy details, and claims processes.
- Assist customers in processing claims, policy changes, and renewals.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Stay informed about industry trends, company policies, and new products.
- Uphold the company's reputation for reliability and excellence through attentive and friendly service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
