Regarding the position: As a Territory Manager, your role involves cultivating a designated territory and fostering enduring customer relationships. Your main objectives will include optimizing account penetration, retaining customers, and cultivating new business opportunities.
Your duties encompass, but are not confined to, the following:
Account Management: Employing an account management approach to pinpoint customer requirements and devise tailored action plans to address them. Consistently assessing customer needs and market dynamics, utilizing intentional sales calls, and mobilizing resources to tackle identified customer needs or market prospects.
Account Retention: Maintaining ongoing communication with customers across all aspects of the company and its offerings. Assisting customers in recognizing growth areas and implementing strategies to achieve their objectives.
New Business Development: Converting leads into actionable opportunities by executing suitable sales methodologies. Proficiently organizing your territory to identify prospective new business opportunities. Devising strategies for new dealer recruitment and demonstrating persistence and confidence in cold calling efforts.
Reporting: Ensuring prompt submission of reports required by senior management. Proficiently analyzing sales data and sales mix to optimize customer potential and achieve set targets.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration/Management.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to deliver formal presentations as necessary.
- A focused and determined demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
- Mechanical aptitude is preferred but not mandatory.
- A clean driving record.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
