Job Duties (Summary):
Busy Government office seeks a Clerical Specialist to take incoming Help Desk calls in our IT Department (ACSIS), and record the calls in the tracking management system. Learn and maintain document-scanning system for record retention and website availability.
Experience and Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with Help Desk support preferred
- Document scanning experience a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and/ or Microsoft Office tools support
- Positive attitude and desire to learn
