Job Description
As a Retail Sales Associate you will provide exceptional customer service to our customers that makes them go "WOW!". During a typical day you will wear many different hats - provide excellent customer service, match a customer's needs with product, merchandise the department, take special orders, tidy up the area, and check out customers the register. Ace isn't like any other retailer; we provide a wide range of services to our customers that makes this job challenging and exciting. You'll work with customers to find that perfect fit, anticipate their needs, and customize their purchase with embroidery or tailoring services. From time to time, you will work on special projects that enhance the customer's experience in the store.
Your goal will be to develop lifelong customers who will shop with Ace for their entire career. How will you do that? By employing your passion for customer service and sales while simplifying the customer's buying experience. It's never a boring day at Ace!
Job Description

- Merchandise and restock products to positively impact sales
- Resolve customer and co-worker questions quickly and effectively
- Cleaning and stocking the sales floor
- Work on special projects dictated by the San Diego Store Manager - There is always an opportunity to make things better!
Basic Qualifications

- Comfortable with fittings
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Familiar with ERP Systems a must
- Experience in uniforms preferred.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Physical requirements - Standing 90% of time on job, sitting 5%, kneeling down 5%, lifting 20 lbs, climbing ladders to retrieve products.
Preferred Qualification
- 2+ years in sales, customer service and/or retail
- Fluent in English and Spanish Preferred but not required
- Experience working with Law Enforcement, Medical, or Hospitality professionals
- Experience working in the uniform and accessories industry'
