Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Telemarketer Sales Representative to join our team at My Smoke Wholesale. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential B2B clients in the smoke and vape industry through phone and FaceTime interactions.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in English: Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for effective communication.
- B2B Sales Experience: Proven success in B2B sales, with a track record of engaging clients and securing sales over the phone.
- Smoke and Vape Industry Experience: A solid understanding of the smoke and vape industry, including products, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Experience Calling or Facetiming Customers for Taking Orders: Demonstrated experience in initiating calls or FaceTime interactions with customers to facilitate order placements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls and FaceTime interactions with B2B clients in the smoke and vape wholesale sector.
- Present and promote our products to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately during customer interactions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through telemarketing efforts.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the smoke and vape industry.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Provide product knowledge and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with B2B clients in the smoke and vape wholesale sector.
- Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase our products and services.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in B2B sales within the smoke and vape wholesale industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with smoke and vape products is a plus.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in using CRM software for managing customer interactions and tracking sales activities
