About the position:
The Jewelry Project Coordinator is a position within our Client Services Group which is a customer facing role. This position coordinates custom jewelry projects for our retail customers for all stages of design and manufacturing. As the Project Coordinator, you are the face of Casting House with our clients. As such, you will be assigned accounts and shops and act as their dedicated representative. Your main day to day responsibilities will be to process incoming orders. Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our clients and continue to serve them for years to come. We look to the members of this team to provide the best customer service.
Within our Client Services department, we pride ourselves on having a welcoming and friendly team atmosphere. In times of high volume, we work together to share and divide responsibilities so that no one person feels overwhelmed. We are looking for someone who thrives in both a team environment where we support one another, and independently to analyze and work through any questions or concerns our clients may have. We take great pride in training our new hires to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities:
● Manage daily reports to ensure all jobs are on track
● Process incoming orders and projects in a timely manner
● Enter and update billable items for live orders
● Communicate effectively with clients while hitting a goal response time within 2 hours
● Communicate with internal departments - In this role you will work with every department at Casting House.
● Analyze and problem solve

● Top notch customer service skills
● Excellent computer skills: Outlook, Microsoft Office, 60 WPM or greater typing speed, proficiency with keyboard shortcuts
● Excellent data entry skills
● Great attention to detail
● Confidence and comfort on the phone
● Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
● The ability to adapt and shift priorities
● Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
● Previous experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
