Description
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Regional Contracts Manager to lead the development, negotiation, and management of business partnerships with IPAs, physician groups, hospitals, and ancillary and supplemental providers. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of reimbursement methodologies, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to align contracts with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and nurturing business partnerships with a diverse range of healthcare providers.
- Negotiating and managing contracts with IPAs, physician groups, hospitals, and ancillary providers.
- Ensuring all contracts comply with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Utilizing deep knowledge of reimbursement methodologies to inform contract terms.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
Salary Range: $86,900- $197,300/annually
