Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Retention Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. The Retention Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining our patient base by identifying and addressing patient retention issues, improving communication and engagement, and implementing strategies to drive patient loyalty and retention.
Duties:
- Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and medical office staff.
- Conduct regular patient follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze patient data to identify trends and patterns that impact patient retention.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to drive patient loyalty and engagement.
- Provide customer service to patients and medical office staff, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Communicate with patients in multiple languages, including English and Spanish, and maintain a multilingual proficiency.
- Collaborate with the medical office team to ensure seamless patient care and identify opportunities to improve patient retention.
- Implement and track patient retention metrics, making adjustments as needed to optimize retention efforts.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in medical terminology and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical office staff.
- Experience with data entry and the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on patient retention and satisfaction.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients in multiple languages.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze patient data and develop effective retention strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
