HVAC - RNC Field Supervisor in Charlotte, NC

This role will help drive that mission.
The RNC Field Supervisor leads Residential New Construction (RNC) organization in its designated market and is ultimately responsible for jobs being completed to the satisfaction of the company’s builder customers. The role oversees the crews in the field and is the face of the company from the start of the job through the completion of the job. This includes the rough in, the trim, the startup, and the final walk punch list. The field supervisor needs to be able to be on jobs sites daily with the crews to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and inspections get called in and passed. The role needs to be proactive and organized with strong communication skills, as it will be interacting with employees, company management, customers, and outside vendors. Assist RNC and corporate management in resolving administrative and operational issues in the field as needed”.
Responsibilities:
-Ensure that the Market is running smoothly by directly managing crews daily
-Develops a high performing team.
-Get feedback from customers and address and resolve any issues to ensure that customers are happy
-Enforce company policies as they relate to Safety and code violations
-Ensure that field crews have required info for jobs and permits/inspections are initiated in a timely way
-Customers are happy with the company’s performance
-RNC operations are running smoothly and efficiently
-Issues are resolved in a timely basis
-Inspections are passed in a timely manner
-Builders can easily access you at any time
-Create and maintain relationships with builders
-Other duties on an as-needed basis as determined by the company Operations Manager.
Job Requirements:
-High school diploma, GED or completion of trade program or technical school. A college degree is a plus.
-2 to 4 years’ experience in construction, HVAC, or related experience
-1 to 2 years of people management experience
-Good verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in navigating the internet and email.
-Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing. -Bilingual is a plus.
-Must have computer skills and able to use a laptop or tablet
-Must have a valid driver’s license
-Ability to manage projects and resources
