Overview:
Kitchen Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen and supply chain. Kitchen Manager must ensure that the kitchen is properly staffed, trained, and equipped with necessary resources to fulfill their responsibility of providing safe, fresh, and delicious food. Kitchen Manager must also be able to show team members leadership capabilities through integrity, ownership, ability to coach and mentor. They must be flexible in all areas of kitchen.

Role Responsibilities:

Kitchen Manager is expected to know and be currently updated on all policies and procedure provided by both Chick-fil-A and with all the local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
- Kitchen Manager is responsible for ensuring the store has all necessary resources to execute their shift each day. This person is expected to maintain proper inventory levels, staffing levels, manage food cost, track waste, and ensure all necessary supplies are present in the store.

Kitchen Manager must ensure kitchen is in compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.

Kitchen Manager is responsible for regularly reviewing scores and make adjustments as needed to achieve goals.
