Vendor Customer Service Representative
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company that has its corporate office in North Phoenix. This organization is in search of a vendor customer service representative to join the team. This job is contract for now, slated to run through the rest of the year. However, this does have the potential to become permanent for the right person. This is a Monday-Friday schedule 8am-5pm. The first month is fully on site. After training, it will move to a hybrid schedule. This is paying between $18/hr-$19/hr.
Duties:

Manages customer requests and coordinates with vendors to complete repairs or fulfill equipment needs.

Documents all incoming issues in specified systems and ensures timely follow-up with vendors and clients to meet deadlines.

Provides regular and accurate updates to customers and internal systems.

Handles daily vendor-related issues and collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Evaluates and processes quotes and vendor information, facilitating parts ordering and other logistics management tasks.

Utilizes systems to verify the accuracy of work orders for efficient processing, ensuring correct data for reporting and billing.

Monitors team communications for new or escalated requests, providing coverage assistance as needed.

Manages orders within assigned territory to meet individual and team performance metrics, prioritizing accuracy.

Reviews procedures to identify areas for improvement and recommends enhancements to optimize operations.

Communicates externally to resolve operational issues with intercompany departments, vendors, and external service providers.

Assists in onboarding new vendors as needed.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent

At least one year of customer service experience

Proficiency in all MS Office Suite products

Previous experience working with vendors a plus!
