Responsibilities:

- Strong child/adolescent experience is required
- Must be experienced working with children ages 5 to 18 as well as adults
- Provide a minimum of 20 face to face hours per week
- Provide compassionate clinical treatment and conduct initial assessments
- Use Therapy Notes software for electronic health records
- Complete collaborative/concurrent documentation
- Manage caseload in a busy treatment setting that uses centralized scheduling
- Develop recovery-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with the service recipient
- Coordinate care as needed with other mental health and medical professionals.
- Utilize evidence-based approaches to treatment that respond to serious mental illness, trauma, primary healthcare needs, and/or criminal justice involvement.
- Provide culturally competent services that are individualized to client needs and reflect the integration of race, ethnicity, culture, primary language, immigration status, developmental status, criminal justice status, sexuality, age, and gender.

Minimum Qualifications:
- LMSW, LCSW, Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an accredited school (must have a New York State license in good standing or eligible for limited permit).
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines, including clinical and clerical staff
- Strong dedication to workplace mentorship, education and team-based care
