Job Description:
We are seeking experienced hotel professionals to join our Hotel Task Force Team. As a member of the Hotel Task Force, you will be responsible for providing temporary management and support to hotels during transitional periods, such as during renovations, rebranding, or management changes.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as temporary management for hotels during transitional periods
· Provide support to existing hotel management and staff
· Conduct property inspections and evaluations
· Develop and implement action plans to address areas in need of improvement
· Assist with hiring and training of new staff members
· Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
· Provide regular updates to senior management on property performance
Requirements:
· At least 5 years of hotel management experience
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and staff
· Flexibility to travel and work at different locations
· Knowledge of hotel industry best practices and trends

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
