We are a busy AAHA accredited animal hospital seeking a Veterinary Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and creating a client-hospital bond.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments
- Handle prescription refill request and monitor online pharmacy requests
- Provide doctor's messages from clients regarding patient concerns
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Monitor and provide information through email and hospital app
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, within the veterinary industry a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with complete follow through on tasks
- Ability to take initiative on daily duties
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
