How You Will Help:
Sales Generation:
- Proactively reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions to meet their requirements.
- Execute territory and account plans to maximize the territories potential.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering product recommendations and technical assistance as needed
Sales Support and Coordination:
- Help to resolve customer issues through communication with various functions in the organization to ensure that customers receive timely issue resolution
- Work closely with the outside sales team and other internal departments to support sales efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order information in the CRM system.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Gather feedback from customers regarding product satisfaction, pricing, and service quality to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to track progress, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
What You Will Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
