We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, managing the front desk, and providing administrative support to the staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer incoming calls and take messages.
- Manage the front desk and reception area.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Organize and maintain electronic filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with various administrative tasks.
This position allows for advancement. We expect them to pass a FINRA Advisor Assistant course and test so they can help manage new and existing wealth management clients. This step will come with a pay raise and the possibility to earn a portion of the firm's commission earned. There could be more advancement after that step as well.
Green CPA prefers applicants to be non-smoking.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
