Job Description
Are you passionate about driving success for clients and want to be in the aesthetic industry at an innovative digital marketing agency? Patient Acquisition is seeking a skilled Digital Marketer (Account Manager/Client Success Manager). This role will be integral in optimizing influencer and ad campaign strategies for our clients, ultimately driving patient acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Manage and build relationships with a minimum of 30 clients as the main point of contact for all account-related matters
- Develop, execute and manage successful Tiktok, meta and influencer campaigns for med spas, telemedicine, and aesthetic clinics, ensuring that campaign objectives are met
- Use monday.com, GHL, Notion, and Slack to manage and organize work with clients, and ensure effective communication with clients and internal teams
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with the internal team to develop strategies to meet these goals
- Analyze campaign results, prepare reports, and provide insights to clients for further optimization
- Work directly with the CEO to transfer responsibilities and receive guidance on account management strategy and best practices
- Communicate with each client during an onboarding call, reply to communications the same day within the hour, and log all communication
- Collaborate with the internal team on graphic design and video editing for social media campaigns and short-form content creation like Instagram reels or TikTok
- Work with the media buyer and admin to communicate necessary edits to the campaign creatives based on performance
- Document all campaign data and client communication in account boards and spreadsheets
- Have weekly or bi-weekly check in calls with the clients
- Measure success by the total amount of leads booked and conversions on the services we promote
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or as a digital marketer
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service type position
- Bonus if you have experience working with aesthetic clinics, medical spas, telemedicine clinics, or medical-related fields
- Experience working in an agency is a huge bonus
- Knowledge of Tiktok, Meta, and influencer marketing best practices and trends
- Social Media Savvy is a bonus
- Work experience with influencers is a bonus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, and present insights and recommendations to clients
- Familiarity with monday.com, GHL, Notion, and Slack is preferred
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms for content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills to mentor and develop team members.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

USD $45,000-$65,000 per year (DOE). Bonuses based on KPIs (opportunity to make $80-$96k/year)
