Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding our customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring a memorable and positive experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of all vehicles available for purchase, including features and benefits.
- Actively listen to and assess customer needs to match them with the appropriate vehicle.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Follow up on all sales leads from various sources including walk-ins, phone inquiries, emails, internet, and personal referrals.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of our vehicles to educate and inform customers.
- Handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Qualifications:
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic knowledge of computers and email.
- Positive attitude and professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record.
