Duties:
- Update and maintain current daily and emergency tenant contact lists and tenant information manuals.
- Receive tenant service requests, inquiries, suggestions, etc. via IMPAK work order system, and coordinate resolutions with building staff and/or 3rd party vendors, involving property manager as needed.
- Execute accurate billing of tenant work orders for billable services.
- Coordinate with tenants and third parties as pertains to maintenance and facility needs (i.e. annual inspections, maintenance work, etc.)
- Review and code invoices daily utilizing AVID.
- Prepare monthly AR reports for active tenants (i.e. aged delinquencies, late letters & 7-day/default notices).
- Prepare lease summaries.
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by Property Manager.
Experience:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to change
- Ability to prioritize workload with an attention to detail and willingness to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner

Looking for someone to work 20-24 hours a week. This could be done just a few hours each day (Monday-Friday) or done over the span of 3 days. Start and end time are also flexible.
