About the Job:
We are looking for talented candidates who are customer care pros and take enormous pride in a job well done. You will be responsible for managing our storage facility from end to end. | Protect and drive revenue by maintaining high customer satisfaction and attracting new customers | Maintain the facility and facility grounds including cleanliness and light maintenance | Deliver excellent customer care at all times| Use social media to promote our business and generate new customers | Monitor social media for customer comments and respond in a timely manner| Develop and maintain good community relations (local government, commerce office) to generate new business | Monitor competitiveness in the local market | Encourage customers to fully utilize all services the company has to offer | Minimize past-due accounts
Job Requirements:
A sense of energy, passion, integrity, honesty, great attendance, and personal responsibility | Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done | Passionate about customer care and great sales acumen | Able to work on Saturdays | Must demonstrate strong computer literacy | Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and actively walk through the facility | 4 to 5 years of retail management or property management experience required | Highschool graduate or GED required | Proficient in Microsoft Office | Valid driver’s license required | Great communication skills | Must be within commuting distance to the facility

Compensation:
- Base salary range is $40,000 to $47,500 | Commensurate with experience
- Monthly incentive bonuses ($4000 - $5000 per annum)

Qualifications
- Proficient in retail sales, stocking, and POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on sales and upselling
- Basic math skills and experience with cash registers
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and demonstrate product features
- Experience in technology sales and knowledge of computer systems
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Organized with excellent time management skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
