Job Overview:
We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join The Fairway Insurance Group. Since 2006 our agency has represented top insurance carriers, including Travelers, AMTRUST, Main Street America Group, and Nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and assist producers with new business submissions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters
- Responding to client inquiries and concerns
- Conduct policy reviews and make recommendations for coverage enhancements or changes
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
- Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities
Skills:
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients
- Proficient in using insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
