We have an immediate opening for a Supervisor/Shift Lead to contribute to our company with passion, desire, creativity and teamwork. As a hospitality rockstar, you will be responsible for running a successful venue operation. You are responsible for profitability, expense control, inventory control, customer service, managing staff, and the overall guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, fun personality, and must have experience managing a restaurant, bar, lounge or any venue. The ideal candidate must also be comfortable with the ever changing requirements of the restaurant industry and comfortable with quick advancement. Candidate in this role will be developed to become the general manager.

This is a very fast paced, high volume position. We are willing to train the right candidate if they exhibit strong leadership qualities and general FOH/BOH customer service knowledge.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong Knowledge of FOH and BOH operations
- Strong knowledge of liquor, wine, beer & cocktails
- 3 - 5 years of restaurant, bar, or venue management experience (NYC preferred)
- Full weekend availability
- Familiarity with common bar and restaurant standards and practices
- Ability to manage a team of over 20
- Must be an excellent communicator.
- Must have or obtain Food Handler/Food Protection-certified and TIPS certification
