Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Brokerage Coordinator. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of the brokerage business to help in the overall success of the company.
The Brokerage Coordinator will report to the Managing Partner and will work closely with him and other team members. This pivotal role demands a high level of support and seamless execution to streamline operations and enhance business efficiency. You will play an essential role in the coordination and execution of projects and strategies.
You will have the opportunity to engage in a well-rounded list of contributions for the brokerage firm, which include:
business operations, marketing, administrative, and other supporting functions.
Business Operations
- Prepare deal documents, including Broker Opinion of Values, Offering Memorandums, listing reports, & other various correspondences, with direction from brokers and knowledge of company procedures and best practices
- Gather market research information to create deliverables such as market overviews, rent and sale comparables, etc.
- Manage pipeline and ensure critical milestones and client expectations are met for listings and proposals
- Track and manage multiple projects to meet critical deadlines from beginning to end and report status frequently
- Update & maintain company Contact Relationship Management (CRM) database to track prospects, clients, and deal information
- Constantly improving processes and procedures
- Work closely with the Managing Partner to carry out business goals
Marketing
- Coordination and support of marketing efforts on a wide range of items, including the production of Offering Memorandums, pitches and proposals, digital and physical marketing, content creation, social media, and other deliverables as needed
- Manage the company’s social media presence
- Produce and edit copywriting for various content and production items
- Manage & maintain all listings on company website and third-party websites
- Take on special projects as needed
Administrative
- Manage broker scheduling activities: coordinate broker calendars, organize meetings, and assist in preparing brokers for meetings
- Full calendar management and scheduling
- Email management including prompt follow-up
- Manage and keep records and reports up to date
- Provide various other administrative support, as needed, to support the company
Requirements
- Combination of 3+ years of relevant experience or education
- Proactive self-starter, resourceful, and adaptable
- Detail oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities at any given time
- Project management capabilities, including multi-tasking, prioritization, deadline management, & the ability to work both independently & with a team
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and K. Chase's platforms
Preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proofreading and editing abilities
- Competent with editing marketing materials
- Proficiency with Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat DC)
- Experience using HubSpot
- Knowledge and practice of using marketing automation tools and systems including funnels, workflows, etc.
- Commercial Real Estate experience or other professional service organizations
- North Carolina or South Carolina Real Estate Salesperson license (or ability to obtain in first 90 days)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
