GENERAL DUTIES:
Assist department administrators with providing services to schools and accomplishing the work of a department. Connect District staff and the community to appropriate resources or services. Work with outside agencies and District resources in the completion of complex projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications
- Experience working in an office setting
- Experience developing industry partnerships to support CTE programming
- Experience coordinating experiential learning opportunities and career related learning experiences
- Experience organizing and coordinating events
