PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Hiring of new employees
- Onboarding and processing new hires
- Collections
- Answering Phones and communicating with customers
- Entering daily customer orders
- Data Entry
- Keeping inventory of office supplies
- Assisting the office as needs dictate
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrate flexibility
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to lead by example
- Bilingual is a plus
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to problem-solve issues as they arise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
