Are you ready to bring your organizational skills and upbeat personality to a dynamic chiropractic office? We are seeking a motivated Office Assistant to be the friendly face of our practice and ensure smooth operations every day.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Answering the Phone:** Engage with patients warmly and professionally, scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries.
- **Patient Check-in and Check-out:** Efficiently manage patient arrivals and departures, ensuring a seamless experience.
- **Opening and Closing Procedures:** Ensure the office is ready for the day and properly secured at the end of each shift.
- **Patient Chart Preparation:** Maintain accurate records and ensure charts are ready for consultations and treatments.
- **Treatment Plan Tracking:** Assist in tracking patient progress and scheduling follow-up appointments.
- **Payment Collection:** Handle payments accurately and provide receipts as needed.
- **Computer Proficiency:** Utilize Windows systems proficiently, including Word and Excel.
- **Office supplies:** Monitor inventory levels and reorder office supplies as necessary.
