Job Description:
Newmark is looking for an experienced Associate Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will help shape the future of our data-driven solutions, merging the roles of product management and data analysis. This role demands a balance of technical know-how, user empathy, and strategic thinking, overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, can operate independently with minimal guidance, has a growth mindset, collaborates effectively with others, and biases towards action and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the data sourcing and product development process, fostering a shared understanding among cross-functional teams.
- Champion the conception, development, and deployment of innovative data products tailored for B2B applications.
- Translate high-level product requirements into detailed user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on detailed analysis and business impact, developing clear product roadmaps.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data coverage, quality, and usage to uncover practical opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data operations, design, and business stakeholders to resolve data quality and coverage issues, ensuring product integrity.
- Facilitate seamless communication across departments, ensuring alignment and stakeholder engagement at every project stage.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technological advances and analytical methods in product management and data analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, particularly within a data-centric role.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated success managing product lifecycles, from inception through launch and beyond.
- Proficient in embracing the latest technology trends and possesses a solid understanding of data management and quality technologies.
- Exceptional communication abilities, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Able to exercise independent judgment, multi-task and take lead role on projects with minimal direction
- Commitment to collaboration and a problem-solving mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
