Office Coordinator

The Office Coordinator is responsible for using Right at Home services to bring value to families inquiring about home care services for their loved one while also supporting the office team to deliver on these services.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
Helping Right at Home improve the lives of as many people as possible in our community.
Immediately answers the phone with the express intent of improving the quality of life for the caller.
Relies on empathy to learn and understand a family’s care needs.
Shares helpful community resources.
Schedule in-home consultations and care delivery start dates.
Has a successful sales track record in converting customers over the phone and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries.
Greets and assists everyone who comes into the office in a professional and courteous manner.
Gather, open and distribute daily mail.
Manage copy paper, toner, postage ink, binders, paper towels, plates, envelopes, etc.
Manage special billing – long term insurance and other payor sources
Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
Work independently, demonstrate sound judgment.
Be available as required for on-call supervisor duty outside of normal office hours.
Detailed oriented.
Fast learner.
Adaptable.
Team player.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Versatile and dependable.
