Duties/Responsibilities:
The objective the department clerk is to be the administrative support in all the clerical needs of the department. To monitor the referral assignments and all documentation that comes in and out of our facility. Assuring all backups are filed and accessible. Handling large amount of clean up tasks.
Description of Responsibilities and Tasks:
Field Requests & Reports;
Responsible to run all reports for the client liaison, review the validate the requests, organize it appropriately, handle all documentation received properly pertaining to is corresponding open request, assuring all documents go into scanning and are received by the staff, noting the account throughout the entire process.
Medical Records, Mail & Fax Backs;
Responsible to review all incoming and outgoing mail and medical records, validating the addressee’s, confirming letters are attached to all outgoing medical records, All incoming mail is scanned to each account.
· Working directly with the management team to accomplish multiple tasks
· Key player in the organization and operation of a department/team
· Office, administrative and clerical work
· Data entry
· Answer the department phones and distribute messages to the appropriate personnel when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
