Key Job Responsibilities*
- Expand Ignition CX’s Client Base: We seek a skilled hunter with a track record of acquiring new clients.
- Analyze Customer Needs and Create Solutions: Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Cultivate Strong Relationships with Partners and Vendors: Strengthen partnerships to enhance business opportunities.
- Explore New Verticals and Develop Strategies: Investigate untapped markets and devise plans for growth.
- Leverage Market Knowledge and Competitor Insights: Understand industry trends and competitors to inform decision-making.
- Execute Growth Strategies: Implement plans to expand the client base, increase revenue, and achieve strategic goals.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with teams to execute new business initiatives.
- Implement Effective Marketing Strategies: Promote and differentiate the company’s products and services.
- Provide Strategic Guidance to Executives: Advise on business trends and new service/product development.
- Stay Informed at Industry Functions: Attend events to keep up with market trends and gain creative insights.
- Prioritize Customer Needs: Anticipate and deliver user-centric solutions.

Anticipated Salary Range: *Competitive salary plus targeted commission that will depend, in part, on the successful candidate’s qualifications, including education, experience, and competency for the role.

Experience:
- Business development: 7 years (Preferred)
- Sales: 3 years in Telecommunications, Home Services and/or CX industries (Preferred)
- A proven track record on achieving new business client growth.
