Job Mission: As a Business Analyst at Tanner Pharma Group, you will be at the heart of our operations, providing critical data analysis, preparing insightful reports, and assisting in the implementation of strategic business solutions. Your role will be pivotal in identifying opportunities and delivering solutions that propel the company to exceed its goals.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of divisional processes, systems, and operations training including NetSuite, Reporting, Sourcing Process, Sales Executive (SE) vs. Ordering Management (OME), Standard Operating Procedures, Compliance, and Regulatory Policies.
- Support the Senior Business Partner with reporting, documentation, and operational process improvements.
- Create and maintain current reports required on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Update and generate weekly reports for the department and division.
- Analyze business processes and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct financial performance analysis and generate weekly reports for the Division.
- Mine large data sets to extract actionable business insights.
- Support demand forecasting for supply chain planning.
- Undertake ad hoc financial analyses, operational assessments, research, and projects.
Business Development Support:
- Assist in the development, negotiation, and drafting of commercial terms for Global Access agreements.
- Participate in business development discussions with the team.
- Analyze and review prospective opportunities.
- Develop presentation materials for business pitches, conferences, program management activities, and internal meetings.
- Contribute to market analysis and revenue opportunity quantification in program proposals.
Project Management and Process Improvement:
- Engage in project management activities to enhance business operations.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data analysis and business report creation.
- Familiarity with financial forecasting and data mining.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence software.
