Job Summary: A variety of administrative and customer service tasks at the medical spa, where clients may receive laser skin therapy, permanent hair removal, RF treatments, facial fillers, and other cosmetic treatments.
You answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments for clients, process billing paperwork, and ensure that the office and spa remain stocked with inventory. You also provide customer service to clients at various stages of their visit. You greet them when they arrive, offer refreshments, etc. help prep them for medical treatments as needed, and coordinate future appointments. You also collect payments and provide information to clients regarding any treatments that the medical spa offers.
In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of the studio, i.e. ensuring all trash cans are empty, soap dispensers are full, floor is clean, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Surgical Coordinating: 3 years (Required)
