Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide product information and assist with order placement
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Perform data entry and maintain customer records accurately
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or orders
Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with sales processes is advantageous
