JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for driving, delivering, and rotating beverage products for assigned route list. Builds small displays and sets up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners when necessary. Delivers products to assigned account list via truck to shelf and truck to back stock practices. Generates invoices and is responsible for daily settlement of cash and charges. Frequent interaction with store managements and receiving personnel. Ultimately responsible for getting the right products to the right customers in quantities expected, in the expected delivery window time. It is from the relief driver pool that candidates will be promoted to dedicated delivery routes.
SCHEDULE:
Monday thru Thursday or Tuesday thru Friday. Typical start time is 5am, but does vary according to our customers’ needs. Length of workday is until the route is finished.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Deliver the right products to the right accounts in the expected quantities.
- Service all assigned route customers by end of shift each day.
- Merchandise all accounts to supplier and IBEV standards.
- Execute sales and delivery objectives by working collaboratively with other IBEV employees.
- Responsible for complying with all Quality Assurance guidelines and quality policies of IBEV and suppliers.
- Adheres to all IBEV policies, procedures, and trainings to include safety.
- Generate and print invoices on portable devices.
- Interact with store management and receiving personnel.
- Is responsible for daily settlement of returned product and customer payment.
- Establish and maintain professional customer relationships; identify and resolve customer concern.
- Must be able to lift +130 lbs. regularly and routinely as well as push +200 lbs. handcart load.

- Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Basic handheld (phone) skills.
- 18 years or older.
- Pass drug screen and DOT physical.
- Class A CDL required within 60 days of hire date.
- Good driving record.
